Here in Cabuyao, the Rotary Club of Cabuyao Circle (RCCC) brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, and community advocates who are committed to improving lives—locally and beyond.
If you’ve been looking for a way to contribute meaningfully while building strong friendships and leadership skills, Rotary might be the right home for you.
Rotary focuses its service through seven priority areas—often called our Areas of Focus or Causes. These help guide what we do locally in Cabuyao and how we connect our projects to Rotary’s wider global mission. When you apply, we’ll ask which causes resonate with you so we can match you with the right committees and service opportunities:

Who can apply to RCCC?
We welcome individuals who share Rotary values and are ready to participate in service. While every prospect is reviewed case-by-case, strong prospects are usually:

Understanding the 3Ts: Time, Talent, and Treasure
Rotary thrives because members contribute in different but equally valuable ways. We call this the 3Ts:
1) Time
Your time matters. Rotary projects succeed when members show up—whether that’s through meetings, planning sessions, service days, or partner activities.
2) Talent
Your skills are powerful. Whether you’re strong in organizing, finance, legal, marketing, logistics, teaching, technology, or community work—your expertise can help us deliver better projects and stronger outcomes.
3) Treasure
This matters because Rotary service needs fuel.
For RCCC, the annual membership due is ₱15,000. This is not “payment for membership”—it is a commitment to help sustain the club’s ability to serve.
The membership due comes with flexible payment options—you may pay annually (₱15,000), semi-annually (₱7,500), quarterly (₱3,750), or monthly (₱1,250)—making it easier to budget while ensuring RCCC can sustain projects, club operations, and ongoing service commitments year-round.

Participation in district and international programs
Most importantly: healthy and consistent club funding strengthens our capacity to qualify for support, including District and Rotary International grant opportunities. Grants often require strong governance, credible operations, and the ability to demonstrate sustainability—membership support is part of that foundation.
Rotary grants are designed for impact. For example, Global Grants support large international activities with sustainable, measurable outcomes in Rotary’s Areas of Focus—so aligning our projects, documentation, and capacity matters. Consistent membership support strengthens our ability to sustain projects and participate credibly in grant-driven work.
In short: Treasure is mission support. It helps ensure we can deliver service consistently—especially when communities need us most.
How to express interest in joining RCCC

What happens after you submit your interest?
After we receive your Expression of Interest:
Step 1: Membership Committee review
Your submission will be reviewed and evaluated by the RCCC Membership Committee based on our membership criteria and club needs. This helps us ensure that prospects are aligned with Rotary values and that we can provide a good onboarding experience.
Step 2: Endorsement to the club
If your application meets the criteria, it will be endorsed to the club for the next step: identifying a sponsor and beginning your membership journey.
Step 3: Sponsorship and invitation
Rotary membership involves being sponsored by a current member, and RCCC will invite a member who is willing to sponsor you once your application is endorsed.
What is a sponsor—and what is NOT expected of them?
A sponsor is a Rotarian who helps you transition smoothly into Rotary life.
A sponsor’s role includes:

Mentoring you during your first months

Introducing you to fellow members

Helping you understand club culture, meetings, and service opportunities

Providing encouragement and moral support
-
Helping you find the best committee or project fit
A sponsor does NOT:

Pay your dues
-
Provide financial assistance
-
Provide material requirements to become a member
Sponsorship is about guidance and belonging, not financial support.
